Orders & Delivery

At Rejuvenum (G.R.E. Cosmetics LTD), we make every effort to make sure your orders and deliveries go smoothly. However, there are certain things outside of our control which is why you should read this page fully and familiarise yourself with how orders and deliveries work.

Orders

All of our orders are dispatched from our HQ in Ireland. All orders are dispathed within 1 business day. This means orders made over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. 

Returns

We cannot accept returns of open cosmetics due to safety and hygiene reasons.  If you wish to return the product, you may do so within 14 days of purchasing but it must be unopened and in original packaging.

To return the product, simply open the chat on our website and we will be happy to help. You will be asked to cover the cost of shipping back to our HQ. 

Delivery

Delivery within Ireland & Northern Ireland usually takes 1-2 days. Delivery to mainland UK usually takes 2-3 days. Delivery is done by DPD. We have no control over delivery times and once you have the tracking code it is best to resolve any delivery issues directly with DPD. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout as this is the address we provide to DPD. We do not give DPD any directions to your property.

During the Christmas period, last shipment date is on the 19th of December. All orders placed after this date will be shipped on the 2nd of January.

Damage & Other Issues

After the parcel is delivered, you mus t raise any issues within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please check the package before signing the collection receipt. In the event of any damage to the parcel, a damage report must be prepared and signed immediately with the courier. This is very important as this written document is the basis of the complaint for DPD.

In case of damage, we require photographic evidence of the damage in order to process the claim. You will have to send us photos of the damaged items and packaging. 

In case of missing or damaged products, we must complete a full investigation before sending out new products or issuing refunds.
